Disclaimer - Terms and Conditions

All policies are strictly enforced. It is the customers responsibility to read the policy before making a purchase. By making a purchase from B.W.D. And Associates, customer acknowledges that he/she has read the policies and is aware of the rights and disclaimers set forth.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are discounted off the Manufacturer’s List price, some as much as 70%. For all merchandise, Seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to errors or changing market conditions. Advertisements, Catalogs and on-line services are prepared in advance and doesn’t allow for fluctuations of market prices.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when you call to receive an RMA number: Invoice number, Reason for return and course of action sought on the merchandise to be returned.
  • All RMA numbers must appear on your return shipping label. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days from issue date.
  • Special Ordered items are purchased by the customer under no refund, no exchange policy. Item description will state 'Special Order, No refunds' on the invoice.
  • Cross shipments are considered as new order and are charged a full price of the product and a non refundable shipping and handling. Defective products, for which the cross ship was made, must be returned with all accessories within 7 business days for full credit. A 20% restocking will be charged if returned between 7 and 30days. No refund will be issued after 30 days or if the product is returned incomplete.  Full credit for defective product applies only in case where a cross shipment is made and not to all product returns.
  • All defective merchandise must be returned within twenty (20) days of the invoice date.
  • All shipping and insurance charges on all RMA’s must be prepaid by the customer (NO COD’S WILL BE ACCEPTED).
  • All returns for credit or exchange must be done within twenty (20) days of the invoice date.
  • All returns for credit must be in resaleable condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories provided upon original delivery.
  • All returns for refund will be at eighty percent (80%) of the original purchase price or eighty percent (80%) of current market price, whichever is lower.
  • Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.
  • Seller cannot guarantee compatibility of the components purchased with customer's existing products unless otherwise mentioned on the copy of the invoice.
  • Once Credit Card is charged, cancelled orders will be charged a 7% order processing fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Defective Merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Seller’s discretion.
  • If a product is out of stock, we have the right to replace it with a similar product without notification.  If we do not have a similar product we will contact you with a full list of other products and discuss other options.
  • Warranty on the CPUs is only 30days from the date it is shipped from our location if purchased with a fan & heatsink, unless otherwise advertised. No CPU will be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance after the 30 day warranty is over. Fan purchase must be required for CPU warranty to be honored. CPU purchased without a fan are sold as-is and is sold with no exchange/no refund policy.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders placed on the web site are shipped UPS Ground unless another method is requested. All orders are processed at 4:30pm CST M-F. Orders placed after 4:30pm CST will be processed the next business day. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for all on-line orders. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply) please call for details. We ship to all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico. Canadian orders must ship via UPS 2nd Day. Please call or e-mail us for rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.

All personal and company checks orders are put on hold for 20days from the date when the check is deposited. No exceptions.

International orders except ones from Canada must be prepaid by check or money order in US Dollars before product is shipped.  B.W.D. And Associates reserves the right to accept or refuse any international credit card orders. Shipping will be quoted based on the size and weight of the order and the location of delivery.  Customers are responsible for any custom charges and/or duties at the port of delivery.  B.W.D. And Associates is not responsible for any such charges and will forward such charges to the customer's credit card if necessary.

Customers will be charged an address change fee of $5.00 for UPS and $10.00 for FedEx if the delivery address is changed once the package is left from the premises for delivery to the original address. Credit Card will automatically be charged if such a notice is received by the Carrier.

All rates include insurance for packages with a total value of $100 or less. For packages with a total value over $100 please add 50 cents for each $100 beyond the first $100. The additional insurance charge (if applicable will not be displayed in your final purchase price but it will be added to the order before it is shipped.

All COD orders must be paid by cashiers check, add $8. A fax copy of the order along with the cashier's check is required for COD orders to be processed.

We hold the right to charge interest on any unpaid balance.  Our interest rate is currently 2.5% monthly.  Whenever there is an unpaid balance that carries over through an entire month, we will charge a financing fee of $15.00 per month.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchase are being purchased for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturer’s warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have any questions please contact one of our representatives. B.W.D. And Associates' LIABILITY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS.  IN NO EVENT SHALL B.W.D. And Associates BE LIABLE FOR (I) INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, STATUTORY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR (II) ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE.
